Stylized Hand Painted Portraits by Brad Reyes
As part of a theatrical project I designed, I discovered a cost effective and efficient way to create hand painted portraits of you or that special actor in your life using only their black and white headshot.
Prices include labor and materials and will vary depending on the scale of the piece. For example, an unframed portrait roughly letter size (9 x 12 in.) on primed canvas and painted in acrylics would cost approximately $300 (shipping and insurance extra if outside LA) and take roughly a week to complete. The methodology will work even if you want a portrait to cover an entire wall. Custom requests or alternate styles welcome.
